We currently offer Afterpay to Australian customers.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a buy now, pay later payment solution that allows you to order online with us at any time and pay for it at a later date in 4 easy interest-free instalments.

Am I eligible?

To be eligible to use Afterpay, you must be over 18 years of age, place your order within Australia, live in Australia and have a debit/credit card. Afterpay will also make an assessment on your eligibility at the point of checkout. 

How does it work?

If you are a regular Afterpay customer, you will pay nothing up front when you place your order. Your order total will then be debited by Afterpay every 2 weeks in four equal 25% instalments. 

If you are new to Afterpay, the first instalment will be debited at time of checkout. 2 weeks later, your second instalment will be debited. 

Prior to every debit, Afterpay will contact you via email and SMS to let you know of your upcoming debit. If you fail to make a payment on the debit date, you will be charged a late fee of $10 and if still overdue, a further $7 the following week. If you return an item to us that has had a late fee applied, we are unable to reimburse you for this. 

Can I get a refund?

If you checkout using Afterpay and decide you'd like to return your item, you are welcome to return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Once we receive your return and the refund is processed, it will automatically go to Afterpay and your Afterpay payment plan will be adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backwards.
